On Telangana issue.


Already one mistake has been done by believing the leaders TDP, Congress, TRS, of Andhra Pradesh. Again one more why Central Government and Congress party Core committee will do. The Parties Presidents/Secretaries - S/Sri/Smt Chandra Babu Naidu(TDP), Botsa Satya Narayana (State President Congress party), K. Chandra Sekahra Rao (TRS), B.V. Ragahvulu (CPI.M), K.Narayana(CPI), Jaya Prakash Narayana(LSP), Smt Vijayamma(YRSCP), Bojja Tarakam(RPI), Owasi(Mazlis), M.Balaiah(BSP), Kishan Reddy(BJP) ,Kodnad Ram JAC) have to sit together in one place in Andhra Pradesh to discuss and come to conclusion on this issue to send the proposal to center with signatures through Hon'ble Chief Minster of Andhra Pradesh. Then the center will decide and give approval. If it is not done by all the leaders of Andhra Pradesh and blaming Center, means they are interested for deceiving people of Andhra Pradesh particularly Telangana. Even these people if they are Home Minster or Prime Minster they can not do anything more than our Hon'ble Home Minster is doing now. All leaders in Andhra Pradesh have to take responsibility instead of blaming Home Minster, Center, Congress party President Sonia Gandhi to deceive people of Andhra Pradesh and in particular Telngana. 
The state leaders who are blaming Hon'ble Home Minster, Hon'ble Prime Mister, Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi, and throwing the responsibility to decide on this issue is highly irresponsible attitude of this state leaders. Not only irresponsible attitude but it is also deceiving/cheating the people of Andhra Pradesh and particularly Telnagan people. Our state problem has to be decided here by the leaders of Andhra Pradesh. Center give its approval by placing in Parliament as per the Constitution and give a G.O. Those people who are demanding center, if they are Home Minster of Prime Minster could not do more than what Hon'ble Home Minster is doing in this matter. Even if Hon'ble Minster Sri Jaipal Reddy is Home Minister he also can not do more than what the present Home Minster has announced. Some readers and Group friends may ask what is your suggestion for this burning issue, after my so much study, I am feeling that 2nd SRC is better to decide this sensitive issue in the interest of people of Andhra Pradesh and India.

The state leaders who are blaming Hon'ble Home Minster, Hon'ble Prime Mister, Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi, and throwing the responsibility to decide on this issue is highly irresponsible attitude of this state leaders. మన ప్రపంచంలో ఏ ఉద్యమమైన సంఘీభావ ఉద్యమాలు లేకుండా విజయవంతమైనాయా.
తెలంగాణలో జరుగుతున్న ఉద్యమానికి సంఘిభావ ఉద్యమాన్ని నిర్మించ గలిగారా.
ఆంధ్రలో లేకపోవచ్చు.. మరి ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలలో నిర్మించ గలిగారా. 
ఎంతో ఉన్నతంగా నిర్వహించిన సకల్ జనుల సమ్మెకు ఏ రాష్ట్రం లో నైన సంఘిభావ ఉద్యమం వచ్చిందా.,నిర్మించ గలిగారా.
మరి పార్లమెంట్ ఎలా వస్తుంది. నాకు అర్ధం కావడం లేదు. 
మన పార్లమెంట్ రెండవ ఎస్ .ఆర్ సి అనగలదు. అంతకన్నచేయలేదు.
ఎందుకంటే మన పార్లమెంట్ భారత ప్రజలకు సంభందించింది. తెలంగాణాకే సంభందించింది కాదు.
ఇవన్నీ ఉద్యమాలు చేస్తున్నవారికి తెలుసు. ఈ రాష్ట్ర నాయకులకు తెలుసు.
అయిన ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నారో తెలియదు.
ఈ రాష్ట్రంలో అన్ని పార్టీల అద్యక్షులే కలసి ఒక నిర్ణయం చెప్పాలి అని ప్రజలు డిమాండ్ చేయాలి.
అంతేకాని గౌరవ హోమ మంత్రిని గౌరవ ప్రధాన మంత్రినో, గౌరవ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షురాలినో తిడితే వస్తుందా..
వీరు ఎవరైనా ఆ స్థానంలో ఉన్న చేయలేరు. కే.సి ఆర్ గారుకూడ ప్రధాన మంత్రి అయిన చేయలేరు.
అది వారికి కూడా తెలుసు. అందరికి తెలుసు ప్రజలను మోసం చేయడంలో రాజకీయనాయకులు తెలివిగా ఉన్నారు.
ఇది అన్యాయం. ప్రజలను మోసం చేయకండి.

సమాజంలో అంతరాలు ఉన్నకలది ఘర్షణలు అనివార్యం. 
మన దేశంలో ఆర్ధిక అసమానతలుతో పాటు సాంఘిక అసమానతలు కూడా ఉన్నాయి. ఇది ఒక వాస్తవం. 
రాజకీయాలు అంతరాలు తగ్గించాలి. అవి పెరగడానికి చట్ట సభలు ఉపయోగ పడక పొతే,
ప్రజలు ప్రశ్నిస్తారు.. ఆందోళనలు చేస్తారు. తప్పదు. అనివార్యం. 
శాంతి లేదంటే ఉండదు.. ఎందుకంటే అంతరాలు ఉన్నాయి కాబట్టి..
ఘర్షనలే అభివృద్ధికి మూలం.
ఇది చరిత్ర.. వర్తమానం.. భవిషత్తు. 
ఎవరు కాదనుకున్న ఇదే వాస్తవం.
ఘర్షణలు ఉన్నాయి అని భాద పడకండి.
అశాంతిగా ఉందని చింతించకండి.
తప్పదు. శాంతి కావాలన్న అంతరాలు తొలగాలి..
అందుకే ఘర్షణలు. ఆందోళనలు. ఉద్యమాలు.
సమత కోసం, మమత కోసం, ప్రగతి కోసం.
జరుగుతాయి ఘర్షణలు. ఆందోళనలు. ఉద్యమాలు.వాటిని ఆహ్వానించండి. పాల్గొనండి. ప్రేమించండి.


On Social work 


Social work is to be introduced in all schools and colleges. Previously in Schools and colleges also Social work certificate National Service certificate were given. I also participated in doing road work in my College days. We are having one lecturer to take us for social work to villages. Due to increasing of private schools and colleges (which are for business), the concept of Social work had gone. Our beloved Chief Minster and Prime Mister will think on this issue to take initiate to issue a G O to introduce Social work days at least10 days in year in all schools including private Schools from 9 th standard.. Students should also be allotted marks like other subjects.If they will not get marks SSC certificate and Intermediate certificate or Degree certificate should not be given. An understanding will be developed form 15 years only in our children towards our people. A change will be seen and also nice children will be seen in our Andhra Pradesh. Educating Dalit and Bahujan Children street children, Child labour, is also Social Work. Social work should be made a part of curriculum to change perception of our children from in human Manu Dharama for changing our India. Love India means to achieve 100% education. Universities are requested to give recommendations to the Governmental to introduce again Social work is part of education. The students should be promoted for higher classes if they get at least pass marks in Social Work.

అక్కదనుండి క్యుబాకు వచ్చి విప్లవంలో పాల్గొని, విజ్యవంతం అయినతర్వాత మంత్రి వర్గంలో చేరి ఐక్య రాజ్య సమితిలో సోషలిజం కోసం ప్రసంగించారు.
తరువాత బొలివియ లో విప్లవం అభివృద్ధి కోసం క్రుషి చెసారు. ఆ క్రమంలో సిఐఎ చేత దారుణంగ చంపబద్దారు.

Corruption in Political field is more dangerous activity than terrorist activity. Oppose corruption in Politics using Hon'ble Chief Minster posts, MPs and MLAs post to save Andhra Pradesh and India. Communist parties can only do in this matter. In the name of Opposing Congress, Corruption in Politics should not be encouraged which is more dangerous than terrorism.

One Sri J.D. Lakshminarayan is not sufficient to deal many cases. Many more are required. CBI is work is increased, the staff strength of CBI is not sufficient to meet the demand of work,to make the culprits book. Nearly 5000 staff should be posted to take up all the illegal work done by so called politicians in civil and criminal offences to save our India from these anti people and anti national

s. No political party is serious, since the culprits are in their parties, including party presidents. Only communist parties, Lok Satta, RPI, are interested to reduce corruption in all fields.But they are also not seriously working to increase the strength to meet the challenges of anti people and anti nationals to our country. We have to demand to increase the strength of CBI,CVC, anti corruption bureau to save our INDIA

CBI is also a Government establishment like Railways, Postal, Doora Darsan, In come Tax, ACB , Vigilance etc. If any Officer and employees commit mistake , the higher officer will take action on any complaint - Issue charge sheets, Suspensions, removals, dismissals, Increment cut, transfers. I am one of the honest Railway Employee. I have seen many honest officers and employees working in Central 

Government. We have seen great personality Sri Shankaran IAS Officer in Central Government service. . And also seen Corrupt officers,,employees who are punished. Sri JD Lakshminrayana CBI officer is doing his assignment given to him. The YSR party and the people who are complaining against Sri JD. Lakshminraya CBI officer, can give a Complaint against him to higher authorities Secretary to the Home Minster and Principal Secretary of Government of India,Prime Minster, even President if they feel that Sri JD Lakshmin raryana is not doing properly, instead of unnecessary allegations. The party and people have got the capacities to do. But they are not doing this work. But only blaming an officer, in media,and in Face Books who can not answer directly due to his official position.This is highly objectionable. Media is also should not allow those parties, if they could not take opinion form the higher officers and ministries. The IAS Officers Associations, IPS Officers Associations., Central Government Employees and workers Associations, AITUC, CITU, HMS, HMKP, INTUC, IFTU, AIFTU, BMS, and other organisations have to condemned, the attitude of the YSR party and people, who are blaming Sri JD Lakshminraya CBI Officer in media. 

Demand for Election commission reforms to stop money and liquor in elections in the interest of our Motherland. such as - the contestants who distribute money and liquor should not be allowed to contest in future. the contestants who are having competencies, business, industries should not be allowed to contest. If the children, relatives of the contestants are having competencies, business, indus

tries, they also should not be allowed to contest. Our beloved Dr. B.R Ambedkar never thought this type of people will born and contest in elections. if he got an idea he would certainly write schedule in Constitution with the points mentioned above. Some good parliamentarians are there. It is not sufficient. Only people movement is required. a 2nd freedom Movement is required to save our country from these anti people and anti nationals. Our nation has got the capacity to generate movement. Communist parties, Lok Satta, Republican party of India and democratic activists are doing. This will increase to save our mother land from these money liquor gangs.

As per our constitution under article 14 -- THE STATE SHALL NOT DENY TO ANY PERSON EQUALITY BEFORE THE LAW OR THE EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAWS WITH IN TERRITORY OF INDIA, If Jagan Mohan Reddy is released all the all the persons in prisons, jails, police custody,in India for the crimes civil or criminal offences, are to be released as per the constitution of India."

CBI is doing a great and risky work in the cases of Jagan mohan Reddy other ministers and IAS officers. It is learnt that the staff strength is less. Staff strength of CBI is to be increased. to do this laborious work. If not increased, doubts will arise in people and democratic minds. All parties Democratic elements, Trade unions have to demand instead of criticising CBI work. At least Communist parties Lok Sata parties have to demand Hon'ble Prime Minster and Home Minister of India"

Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy acquired wealth after 2004, when his father Sri Y.S Raja Sekhara Reddy was Chief Minsiter of Andhra Pradesh. Otherwise he could not acquired that much wealth with his business. This is the real fact. Sri Y.S. Raja Skhara Reddy has become the Chief Minster of Andhra pradesh,when Congress Party won in the elections. Congress party won in the elections when Communist parties inc

luding M.L parties and many democratic elements campaigned against TDP. TRS also supported Congress during that period. Now Sri Jagan Mophan Reddy has started a party YSR Congress Party . It is his democratic right. But using the wealth acquired, when his father was the Chief Minster is highly objectionable, since the property acquired, when his father wasthe Chief Minster of Andhra Pradesh. The property morally belongs not only to Jagan Mohan Reddy but also for Congress party, Communist parties including ML parties and TRS, since, Raja Sekhara Reddy became Chief Minster of Andhra Pradesh with all the support and help of the parties mentioned above not because of Sri JaganMohan Reddy. Hence all parties mentioned above have got full rights on Jagan Mohan Reddy property. They have to demand. I also participated during 2004 to vote against TDP. But I never thought that Sri JaganMohanreddy will use his father's position to acquire wealth. If I thought I would have silent even though I am against TDP. Not only me many democratic elements campaigned against TDP, to get power to Congress party and to to become Sri Y.S Raja Sekahara Reddy as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Jagan Mohan Reddy has to give shares to all parties, since he is running a party with the wealth which he acquired when his father become CM of Andhra Pradesh after 2004. This may be appearing incorrect, but morally it is highly correct. Politics is not for acquiring wealth and to make the people innocents but it is to change the society and to improve the living conditions and conscious of people. We are requesting CPI to support CPI(M), Loksatta, RPI candidates not TDP and TRS. in the interest of people. We request CPI should not support TDP,YSR Congress Party, TRS, BJP and Congress. 11 Communist parties have to discuss and to form a Left Front in the interest of people. And further Left Democratic Front is to be formed with Communist parties, LOk Satta, RPI, BSP. leaving TDP, YSR Congress

 Party, TRS, BJP, Congress Party in the interest of people. CPI(M) and other left parties are also requested to support CPI candidates in the interest of Left Democratic unity. A problem is arising since CPI is taking help and supporting TDP and TRS. CPI is requested not to support to TDP and TRS in the interest of people. Whether we win or not is not our criteria. We have to contest. This is a work to our parties. Elections are also for education and to do work for Left and Democratic elements but not to support to the parties and contestants who distribute money and liquor to the people.

Hon'ble Sir, Elections are for Education not for distribution of money and liquor. The contestants who distribute money and liquor should be punished and should be debarred from contesting Elections. A declaration form the contestants and Party presidents are to be taken that the contestants and supporters will not distribute money and liquor in the Elections and respect our beloved Constitution. And further an undertaking should be taken stating that they are fully aware that they will be disqualified and should be debarred from contesting elections if distribution of money and liquor are found.

The proposal of Hon'ble Minister Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad regarding placing statues after deaths of 30 years is to be discussed and create a situation to take decision soon by the State cabinet in the interest of people. for placing statues in public places with permission, after the death of 30 years of a person. In our Andhra Pradesh there are two parties living on suicides, one is YSR Congress party and other is TRS party. All youth aged 30 years are sons of Chief Minister hence they have not become millionaires. The decision of CPI for supporting to TRS is not good. If any anger on CPI(M) party decision in contesting elections with out informing CPI leadership can be discussed with CPI(M) leadership instead of supporting TRS. TRS is also a bourgeois party. We have to work left unity not for disunity. Sad thing again has happened. People will suffer. No support to TDP, YSR Congress Party, TRS, Congress and BJP. 11 communist parties have to form a left front in our state in the interest of people. We can work with Lok satta, RPI and other Dalit aand OBC organizations, for left Democratic Front. A sad thing again has happened.

The contestants in elections who distribute money and liquor to the people for votes are anti people and hence they are anti nationals. For them no votes. And also we demand Election commission to debar those contestants who distribute money and liquor for votes from contesting in elections during his entire life period."

 Social work is to be introduced in all schools and colleges. Previously in Schools and colleges also Social work certificate National Service certificate were given. I also participated in doing road work in my College days. We are having one lecturer to take us for social work to villages. Due to increasing of private schools and colleges (which are for business), the concept of Soci

al work had gone. Our beloved Prime Minister will think on this issue to take initiate to issue a G O to introduce Social work days at least10 days in year in all schools including private Schools from 9 th standard.. Students should also be allotted marks like other subjects.If they will not get marks SSC certificate and Intermediate certificate or Degree certificate should not be given. An understanding will be developed form 15 years only in our children towards our people. A change will be seen and also nice children will be seen in Inida. Educating Dalit and Bahujan Children street children, Child labour, is also Social Work. Social work should be made a part of curriculum to change perception of our children and in Society and for changing our India. Love India means to achieve 100% education. The students should be promoted for higher classes if they get at least pass marks in Social Work.
I hope in your noble republic speech the point will be mentioned for a revolution change in INDIA. 

Nehru family is family better than NTR, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Y.S.
