All parties have to think why Women and Dalits have not come to the parties apex position, including communist parties.
A good analysis and good reporting, in Hindu on 27.4.2015.
This is a subject to be discussed.

Only BSP have more number of Daltis.

If Communist parties say that their parties are built on the class struggles concept, then a question come why Chandra Babu Naidu, Jagan Maohanr Reddy KCR and many Upper caste people are able to increase their wealth and how they are surviving in political field. How upper caste people are able to increase their wealth and black money? How the upper caste people are able to place their wealth in Swiss banks? And why the parties led by upper castes people are not even questioned when they are distributing money, gifts, liquor and gifts for the people for votes, which is anti Constitutional, anti democracy( For example Chandra Babu Naidu, Jagan Maohan Reddi KCR and other parties and their leaders are not questioned.. At least AAP has questioned this distribution., These are to be answered.with class struggle concept. If they are not in not answered, then the interest of their struggles, perception, working, are under question?

It is is appearing Congress party, BSP, and Janatha Parivar party are better than many parties, in this subject .It may be because of Nehru, Ambedkar , Ram Monahora Philosophical roots. But women representation is very less.in these parties also

But Socialism is the the only alternative. for people's problem,
