If children, students go to cinemas of A certificate, they should be put in jail for at least one day for correcting themselves. Our is developing country. there is no need to compare with USA or any other developed country. If we want to comapare whyour country has not achieve 100% education and search for reasons.

We feel sorry to note that there is no double line work Guntur to bibinagar which is very useful for the Andhra pradesh, There is no proposal for increasing the capacity of Railway Wagon Work Shop at Vijayawada. There is no proposal for improving the MMTS like in mumbai. i.e separate rack for locals. Previous strength is 17.5 lakhs Now the strength is 13.5 lakhs, Trains are increased, Stations are increased, Speed is increased. but the strength is decreasing. How we can avoid human error in safety aspect, if strength is decreasing. But in Budget speech Hon'ble Minister announced 1.5 laksh posts will be filled up. But there is no mention about the recruitment. One project for Karnool is a good one. If projects increased, More number of unemployed youth get opportunity to work in Railway. But we feel sorry to tell the strength is decreasing even the trains increased, stations increased, speed of the trains are increased. Public private participation leads to Privatization. Only Government sector can serve poor people. But not private sector. Privates sector only works for profits. Not with safety. People will suffer if Railway goes to Private Sector. Ours is developing country, Ours is not developed country. Hence Railway should. not go to Private hands.

Social work is to be introduced in all schools and colleges. Previously in Schools and colleges also Social work certificate National Service certificate were given. I also participated in doing road work in my College days. We are having one lecturer to take us for social work to villages. Due to increasing of private schools and colleges (which are for business), the concept of Social work period had gone. Our beloved Prime Minster and Chief Minster will think on this issue to take initiate to issue a G O to introduce Social work days at least10 days in year in all schools including private Schools from 9 th standard.. Students should also be allotted marks like other subjects.If they will not get marks SSC certificate and Intermediate certificate or Degree certificate should not be given. An understanding will be developed form 15th year only in our children towards our people. A change will be seen and also nice children with good spirit will be seen in India.

Education is the most important matter for all the Governments. Only Kerala state has achieved cent percent literacy. Where as our State has not achieved. Even our educational ministers villages, MLAs villages or area or MP villages are not fully educated. If I am not wrong they do not want education to the people. If people educated questions will be started. Hence the Manu Dharma has not given the philosophy of educating the people and encouraged slavery. Still this is continuing. Temples are having enormous wealth. The wealth can be spend for education under their name of the temples only. All the wealth belongs to the people only. I am feeling The present education is developing criminology in stead of not humanity. It should be changed. All the villages should be achieve 100% education. It is not at all difficult. Right education act provided so many options. The village Presidents should be motivated to make their villages 100% literacy. Ministers, MPs and MLAs have try to achieve 100% education in their villages or grand fathers' villages if they were not born in villages. How much difficult they would face, they can know due to the Manu Adharma philosophical back ground prevailing in villages. I think the Ministers, MPs and MLAs have also not succeeded to over come the Manu adhrama philosophy. I hope people representatives will try their level best to over come the difficult and educated all the villages to achieve 100% education as Kerala achieved. Due to 100% education, corruption is lees in Kerala, including corruption in political sphere. Education gives enlightenment, questioning power which always requires to end slavery and to develop humanity and to know no body is higher than any body or lower than any body, to achieve peace and harmony in our society. I hope our Right Education Act certainly useful to achieve this goal in our country. For this the people representatives have to take main role.

As per DSC 2002, 3868 MPHAs have been recruited on contract basis during 2003 and 2006. Even some times were not received, the MPHA have worked with a hope that their services would be regularised. They have worked in all areas villages and forest areas for prevention of deceases. due to their services A P has achieved free polio state during 2011-12 they had given representations to Hon'ble Chief Minsters and Hon'ble Health ministers for regularising their services But a G.O No 273 released on 3.3.2012 to terminate the services of MPHAs. the termination has been completed. Now they are in depressed condition. Their families are in depressed condition. They have given representations to Hon'ble chief minster and Health Minsters. Since their genuine demand has not been solved, they are doing relay fasts from 12.7.2013. On our beloved Dr. Baba saheb Ambedkar jayanthi on 14.4.2013 i have asked to inaugurate 277th day relay fast. I have inaugarated the 277th day relay fast. After seeing their relay fast it is noticed all the parties leaders TDP,TRS, YSRCP, Lok Satta, CPI, CPI(M) have expressed their support to solve the problem. Aam Admi party leaders also paricipated on 277th day relay fast. they have also expressed. and said they will bring to the notice of their Central leaders to represent the issue. The silence attitude of Government Hon'ble Chief Mister is improper towards the genuine issue. All the friends, seniors, parties leaders, democratic elements are requested to bring the notice of the Hon'ble chief minster to solve the issue to take them back to duty. Hon'ble chief Minster is requested to look into this matter and issue early favourble orders, in the interest of MPHAs and their families.

When the people of India is against Congress Party he got victory. That is all. Is it required a statue of NTR, Changing the rule for establishment of Statues other than freedom fighters is a great mistake done by U.F. When I am seeing the statue Karam chedu is coming to my mind. Song ARESUKOVOI PARESUKUNNANANU is coming in my mind. Changing the rule of Parliament for establishing statue other than freedom fighters is wrong. The saute of NTR is degrading Parliament house. If it is established many more statues are to be established. By the side of NTR statue Karam chedu martyrs state is also to be established as mentioned above.

He has got every right to go to USA to say congratulations to her daughter. But when Assembly session is going on, and burning issue Telangana issue, and other Bills are coming for discussion he has gone to USA for her daughter in law leaving the girls, youth, and students. And further he got every right to state the assemblies are not useful for people problems as Comrade Tarimila Nagi Reddy said, and left Assembly during 1969 and worked for people movements, with out going to see his family. Sincerity is required. Sri chandra Babu Naidu is not for people. It is proved that his first priority is his self, family, heritage not state, India, people. I wish to say that the resolution for separation of Telangana is not to be moved by Sri Kiran Kumar reddy. And also Sri Nadela manhar also should not be in Speaker chair. Let Telnagan people any one S/Sri Damodara Raj narasimha, or Jana Reddy, Jaipal reddy, Smt J. Geetha Reddy may be the Chief Minister to move the resolution as they desired. But not Sri Kiran Kumar Reddy or any Anhdhra people. And also Sri Mallu Bhattu Vikra Marka should be in the speaker chair. not Sri Nadendla Manohar. No Andhra people should not be in Speaker chair. In future History of Andhra Pradesh, on the Division only Telangana people have to be appeared. Not Andhra. If necessary Sri Kiran Kumar Reddy and Nadendal Manohar have to resign in the interest of future History. They can continue as MLAs. They have to continue in Congress party. First TDP, YSRCP, BJP, CPI letters given to Hon'ble Home Minsters in favor of Telangana have to be withdrawn. If it is not done Congress party can not go back for formation of Telanga. S/Sri Chandra bau Naidu, Smt Vijaya Lakshmi,Kishan reddy, K.Narayana, Venkaiah Naidu, Smt. Sushma Swaraj arew the root cause and responsible persons as leaders of the parties for moving for unnecessary the Division of our AP in addition to KCR, TRS. Congress party stand is 2nd SRC. The parties and leaders pressed Congress party and the party leaders state Congress party stand. Compulsion was created by these leaders, with out discussing at Hyderabad, about the state. The leaders can discuss the subject here and canbe sent to center for approval. But these leaders asked the center to give decision in favour of Division. What Center and CWC of Congress party will do. The cWC members of Congress party are not in favour of Division. But compulsion have been created by the so called AP leaders mentioned above. State is suffering.

Please come out and join the Samaikyandhra Movement or protests happening in your respective areas. How does this matter to you? You could see from the falling rupee value and raising commodity prices, India's economy is not doing good. All the rivers pass through Telengana Region to flow into Seemandhra Region and the inflow into Seemandhra region would be arrested to a major extent by building various dams in the TG. People are requested to press NOTA( None of the above) button in EVMs and give lessons to all the parties and leaders. We have to give lessons to all the parties. We have to take this oath, to press button NOTA. We get a chance. Hon'ble Supreme Court have given a right for us. And Election Commission has also accepted to put the button NOTA in EVMs. In this connection I wish to clarify there is no mistake of Congress party and Sonia Gandhi since these three leaders CBN, JM. The so called leaders of our beloved state leaders are responsible for this damage. These so called leaders can sit together to come for a solution, whether division or unity. But the selfish leaders have done padyayatrlu, odarpu yatralu, teertha yatralu and wasted time and send to center demanding for division except CPI(M) and MIM. what center would do. It has consider the division demand. At least even now the state leaders can sit together and can come to a solution by giving chief minster, Home Minster, finance Minster posts to Telangana and can keep our beloved state with out any division. Only Congress party can do if TDP, YSRCP come forward in this direction. Chandra babiu nadiu and Jagan Moahan reddy wants Chief Minster posts. If these two so called two business minded leaders come forward to give Chief Minster, Home Minster, Finance Minster posts to Telangana then our state can be existed without division. Only Chandra babu Naidu and Jagan Moahan reddy have to come forward doing this job.

Railway is service and commercial organisation. Railway will give coaches even arrange trains on payment to any party or person. But Railway will not cancel which it has to run the trains as per the schedule, to give trains to any party or person. The so called political leaders who are stating that Railway has cancelled and given trains to YSRCP party is not at all correct. It is noticed that Railway also cancelled the trains allotted to YSRCP because of floods. Railway will give trains yo TDP, YSRCP, BJP, TRS to any party on persons on payment with out disturbing the the trains scheduled. We condemn the the statement of so called politicians.

Congress party has only got the capacity to make Telangana leaders as Chief Minster to our beloved state Visala Telangana(Andhra Prades). The TDP and YSRCP have no capacity to make Telangana leaders, to make Chief Minsters, since the parties created for the Chief Minster posts, Because of this also, the political leaders of Telangana are against TDP and YSRCP leaders. Nothing wrong in Telangan leaders approach and perception. Hence the people who wants the state should not be bifurcated have to think this aspect, for stopping the division. Chandra babu Naidu, Jagan Moahn Reddy and the leaders and activists of those parties have to come forward to allow to make the Telangana leaders as Chief Minster. Then only our state can be undivided. This only a little hope.

I can not under stand why Congress party and Sonia Gandhi and UPA Government are breaking their heads. They can refer the matter to Andhra Pradesh Assembly for discussion and voting in Andhra Pradesh Assembly. Let CBN party,Jagan Moahan Reddy parties along with TRS, CPI, CPI(M) Mjlis, LSP will break their heads in Assembly. TRS people are there to counter CBN and JM Reddy parties, There is no more problem to congress party in Assembly.
